Unemployed? These Companies Won’t Hire You

Using these policies is lazy management. Many companies have laid off half or three quarters of their employees. All of those are poor performers?

I have a great full-time job with a fantastic organization and excellent boss; but, I’ve notice that many organizations keep their “friends” and layoff others as though it’s a popularity contest and not vital to keep the top performers. These executives and managers focus on style rather than substance.  That’s why they are in trouble in the first place.

I wouldn’t want to work for a company that manages by “spreadsheet,” or relationship, rather than talent and performance.
